Financial Information

In order that students may receive a quality Christian education at the lowest possible cost, it is the goal of Crest Lane School to operate the total education program as efficiently and economically as possible.  The annual tuition and fees are established by the CLS Board.   The annual tuition and fees are set by the CLS Board under the advisement of the Board’s financial committee.

Registration fee 

A single non-refundable registration fee made at the time of registration that pays for the following expenses: 1) consumable text materials; 2) library materials; 3) student insurance; 4) a portion of field trips; 5) textbook rental*.

o   *Textbooks are rented by the student from the school. A parent agrees to pay the replacement cost of any textbook assigned to his/her student if it becomes damaged, misused beyond normal “wear & tear”, or is lost.

o   Tuition options:

1)      Monthly: Ten (10) monthly payments;

2)      Bi-annually: half of the tuition payed at the beginning of the first semester. The remainder payed at the beginning of the second semester; or

3)      Paying in Full: A 4% discount will be given when the year’s tuition is paid by September 30 of the current school year.

Financial Assistance

The school Board, Finances Committee, and church desire that finances should NEVER prevent a student from attending Crest Lane. Thus, they are dedicated to working with each individual family during times of financial difficulty. Even though our tuition rates are as fair as possible, we realize that the costs of a quality program cannot be covered by every family without sacrifice. We are happy to be able to offer some financial assistance to families who truly desire for their children to attend our school, but cannot afford the entire cost of tuition. It is our desire that anyone who wants to attend Crest Lane SDA School may do so. In the last school year more than $10,000 was awarded to students who were in financial need.

Applying: CLS offers several scholarship options to meet the needs of families. Contact the school to find out more details on eligibility and how to apply.

Deadlines: There are three periods of which preference will be given Applications received by March 1,  will receive Priority, followed by May 1,  in the General period. Any application received after May 1 will be given as funds are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Notifications: Award letters will be mailed out by April 1 for Priority and June 1 for General. Award letters for applications received after May 1, will be processed as soon as possible, but no earlier than June 15.

Past Due Accounts

     Parents/guardians who have a past due account need to make arrangements to visit with the school treasurer before or during registration.


      Crest Lane has School Time Accident Insurance coverage that provides students with insurance coverage while they are in attendance during the days and hours that school is in session, AND during their attendance at school-sponsored, supervised activities.
